SCP Bylaws Revision

A key SCP Executive Board initiative underway is to elevate the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee to domain status equal to the four we currently have. Doing so requires that we follow a revision process to our bylaws.  Accordingly, I am attaching a mark-up of the proposed changes reflected in Article III, paragraph 1, and Article IV, paragraphs 1 and 2. All other text in the bylaws will remain unchanged.

Please look these over. We will be working with a service to process the vote of the membership.
