Session 10 – September 11, 2017, Creating group level teams in organizations (e.g. self-directed work groups)

After attending the session, participants will . . .

1. Describe three client situations that call for groups to be formed.
2. Describe three different types of groups that can be formed. 

3. Explain how to create and implement a group. 

4. Be able to participate effectively as a group member, across different types of groups during client work. 

5. Be able to apply a model of levels of self-direction to a group launch.

Section 2: Consulting to Groups: May 8, June 12, July 10, August 14, September 11 and October 9. 
Section 3: Consulting to Organizations: TBD in 2017/2018. 
Dial in 30 minutes early to meet with the course instructors and network with other attendees. 
Participants will also have about one hour of application homework per session monthly.
