The Leader Habit Seminar: Master the Skills You Need to Lead – In Just Minutes a Day

Martin Lanik - Facilitator

This webinar is about helping your clients become better leaders by forming better habits. The method is simple: identify a leadership skill you want to master, like selling the vision or empowering others, then you practice the skill through a short exercise every day until it becomes a habit. This is the Leader Habit Formula.

Drawn from a study of 800 leaders across the globe, the book’s catalogue of simple leadership exercises includes: sell the vision, delegate well, innovate, empower others, overcome resistance, build strategic relationships, focus on customers, listen actively, negotiate, and more.

Many people aspire to be great leaders by reading books and attending training. But the results are fleeting—skills can't be improved simply by studying them. To become a better leader, clients must deliberately practice their leadership skills and turn them into lasting habits. This seminar teaches you about The Leader Habit and how to use it to help your clients.
