Bio: Manuelle Charbonneau has been developing senior leaders, senior teams and board for over 25 years through executive coaching, facilitation and training. She is a bilingual and bicultural citizen of France and the US. She has lived or worked in over 27 countries. Based in Los Angeles, she consults in English and in French to clients dispersed around the world.  Prior to founding Charbonneau Leadership Consulting, she was in charge for over a decade of leadership development and career development for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, the $1.6B wholesaler of water for the region. She has worked with a broad range of clients from startups to Fortune 500 and Global 500 across sectors. She now focuses on the growth and transitions of talented leaders in expertise-intensive/high complexity professional environments.
